Here’s how our return and exchange process works:
- You can return or exchange your purchase within 7 days.
- Make sure to return only the product(s) for which the return or exchange request was made.
- Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Pickup details will be shared via SMS or email on your registered contact information.
- Do not hand over any products without a valid pickup slip or SMS confirmation.
- Refunds will be initiated within 2–3 working days after we receive the product and it passes quality checks at our warehouse.
- Any missing or incorrect products should be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 3–5 working days to reflect.
- For COD orders, a discount code will be sent to your registered email or phone.
NOTE: The code must be used within 30 days from the return ticket issue date. The discount code is applicable only once, so please ensure you use the entire discount amount.
Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for returns. Only size exchanges will be allowed for these orders.
NOTE:
Coupon code amounts and promotional discounts are non-refundable.For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on items like sunglasses, socks, and innerwear.We’re here to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free! 😊
REVERSE PICKUP POLICY
- All products will undergo a Quality Check (QC) at the time of pickup.
- The QC process will verify that the correct product is being handed over, based strictly on the tag and label provided by BANANA CLUB.
- The product must match the following details to pass the QC check: product image, color, size, brand name, brand tag, seal tag, usage condition (must be unused and undamaged), style ID, color code, and SKU.
- Once the products are sealed, please click an image of the same
- If the product presented does not align with the expected specifications as per the BANANA CLUB tag and label, it will be rejected at the point of pickup.
- Please Note: Products that fail to meet the defined quality standards will not be eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, once a product has been rejected during QC, reapplication for return or exchange will not be permitted.
RETURN POLICY
- Please ensure the product is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund for returns, regardless of the number of items in the order.
- For COD orders, a discount code will be sent to your registered email or phone.

EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchange of the product is subjected to the availability of sizes.
- Please Note: While placing an exchange for multiple products, please ensure to place the request for each product individually.
- Once the product is picked up, the exchange order will be processed and dispatched within 48/72 hours.
- Please Note: Once the products are exchanged and delivered, there is no return/exchange for the same.
