Exchange policy will only be valid on size exchange during offer or any sale

Yes! COD is available for orders below INR 5000 on all serviceable pin codes.

You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal it. Hand the packet over to our courier person, and as soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we shall refund the amount in your source account if it’s a prepaid order and in Bank if COD order.

In case of Exchange, the exchange product will be dispatched once the product is picked from your premises.

We levy a charge of Rs.100 for any return placed.

The order will be delivered in 2-7 working days based on pin code, while for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at customercare@bananaclub.co.in

You will get a confirmation mail of the placed order and will further notify you once it is dispatched from the warehouse.

We charge a shipping fee of INR 100/- on orders below Rs.5000

We currently do not ship things outside of India. However, you may make a purchase from anywhere in the globe as long as the shipping address is in India.

We usually announce our upcoming designs and collections on our official Instagram account -@_banana_club. We recommend following us on Instagram to stay updated with our latest releases and drops. Once the designs are announced, they are available to purchase on our website.

You can only make your return within 7 days of receiving it.

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on  customercare@bananaclub.co.in. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.

Boxers, Socks, Perfumes and Face Masks cannot be returned keeping hygiene into consideration. In addition, orders including any free products received during promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

Once the product is picked from your premises the exchange order will be dispatched and you will receive it within 7-10 working days

All the refunds are issued in your bank account.

For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.

Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

In case of orders placed with discount is returned, the discount will be waived of and the products will be billed on MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.

Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, refund in the form of store credit will be sent to the registered Email and WhatsApp number.

While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which will give you the detailed information on sizes and fit, Click on that and you’ll get to know what’s your perfect size.
