  • We offer 7 days of easy returns and exchange.
  • Kindly return the quantity of products for which the return/exchange request has been raised.
  • Any damaged/wrong product received should be raised within 24/48 hrs after the delivery.
  • Pickup details will be shared on your registered contact number through SMS/Email.
  • Refunds will be initiated only once we receive the product to our warehouse.
  • For COD orders, a refund will be initiated in the form of Store Credit.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated back to the original mode of payment through which the order was placed.
KINDLY NOTE: To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain product categories such as sunglasses, socks & innerwears.

RETURN POLICY

  • Please keep the product in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached with the product.
  • Shipping/COD charges will not be refunded.
  • For returns, a single reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund, irrespective of the number of items in the order. This charge applies once per order, not per item.
KINDLY NOTE: ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED UNDER BOGO/ANY SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchange of the product are subjected to the availability of sizes.
  • Please Note: While placing an exchange for multiple products, please ensure to place the request for each product individually.
  • Once the product is picked up, the exchange order will be processed and dispatched within 48/72 hours.
KINDLY NOTE: ONCE THE EXCHANGE ORDER IS DELIVERED THERE IS NO FURTHER RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Ensure that items are securely packed to avoid any loss or damage in transit. Please include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. Once we receive the product(s), we will initiate the refund within 48 hours.

Any issues related to missing or incorrect products should be reported within 24 to 48 hours from the delivery date.
Any package found to be tampered with should not be accepted by the customer.
