● Return and exchange eligibility varies by product. Please check the product-specific return and exchange policy before placing your order.
● Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items strictly within 48 hours of delivery.
● Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags, seal tags, and labels intact.
● Please seal the package securely and click a photo before handing it over.
● The pickup executive will verify the product against the original order details.
● All return and exchange requests are subject to a Quality Check (QC) during pickup, and products that fail the Quality Check will not be accepted for return or exchange.
● Once a return or exchange request is rejected during QC, it cannot be reopened.
● Pickup details will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS. Please hand over the package only after receiving confirmation.
● Products purchased during sales, using promotional discounts, or with Store Credit/Gift Card cannot be returned and are eligible only for size exchange, subject to stock availability.
● All footwear is eligible for size exchange only, subject to stock availability.
● Exchanges are subject to size availability. Exchange for a different product or colour is not permitted.
● Exchange orders are dispatched within 48–72 hours after the returned product successfully passes the Quality Check.
● Once an exchange product is delivered, it is not eligible for further return or exchange.
● For hygiene reasons, sunglasses, socks, boxers, and innerwear are not eligible for return or exchange.
REFUNDS
● A ₹100 reverse pickup fee applies per return request, regardless of the number of products, and will be deducted from the refund after the returned product(s) are received.
● Shipping charges are non-refundable.
● Refunds are processed after a successful Quality Check.
● Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 bank working days.
● COD refunds are issued as a one-time-use gift card to your registered email, valid only on our website.
● If any promotional offer or coupon is applied, the discount will be recalculated based on the items retained, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Note: Gift cards are valid for 90 days from the return ticket issue date. Please provide a valid email ID and mobile number at checkout, as the registered email ID cannot be modified later.
