  • We have a 7-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy.
  • Certain items, such as boxers, shorts, sunglasses, leather jackets, and socks, are excluded from our return and exchange policy.
  • Some products might have specific non-returnability clauses mentioned directly in their product description. Please review the details before placing the order.
  • Returns are not applicable to BOGO or sale day products; you can exchange them for size issues.
  • No exchanges, returns, or refunds for online products will be processed at any of our stores.
  • Handling charges may be applicable to your order.
  • If the delivery is not fulfilled for any reason, charges may be applicable.
  • Once an exchange request has been initiated, products are not eligible for return.
  • Exchanges for eligible apparel items, as per our policy, will be facilitated only once; subsequent exchange requests will not be accommodated.

     

    To Return your order

    • Please keep the product in its original packaging and ensure it is in unused condition.
    • Place the return request at https://bananaclub.co.in/apps/return_prime
    • We will share pickup details on your phone and email.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • Upon clearing the inspection, your refund will be processed and credited to your source account for prepaid orders and Bank account for COD orders.
    • For COD orders, we will generate a payout link on your registered number. You can submit your bank details on the link for initiating the refund.
    • Please note that refunds will be initiated in 10-12 working days for prepaid orders and 15 days for COD orders.
    • Shipment & COD charges will not be refunded.

     

    To Exchange your order 

    • Place the exchange request at https://bananaclub.co.in/apps/return_prime
    • Exchange of the product is subject to the availability of size.
    • When placing an exchange request for multiple items. ensure to place the request for each item separately.
    • Exchanges are only applicable on sizes. No exchange is allowed on other products or colours.
    • We will share pickup details on your phone and email.
