- Kindly return the quantity of products for which the return/exchange request has been raised.
- Any damaged/wrong product received should be raised within 24/48 hrs after the delivery.

- Refunds will be initiated only once we receive the product to our warehouse.
- For COD orders, a refund will be initiated in the form of Store Credit.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated back to the original mode of payment through which the order was placed.

- Shipping/COD charges will not be refunded.

Exchange Policy

- Once the product is picked up, the exchange order will be processed and dispatched within 48/72 hours.
