Unsatisfactory experience

first order from banana club ever, for context. i ordered a size S in both the shirts according to the size chart mentioned which was similar to the charts of westside & H&M where i usually get my shirts from. the shirts arrived a size smaller and when i tried to exchange for size they had run out of stock of every product in both the categories, they had run out of sizes before i ordered itself.
the 2 call agents i spoke to both said that an exception for a return & refund could be made since unavailability of stock in size M was the company's issue & not the customers. my last conversations were on Thursday 25th & Sat 27th June. I have tried calling multiple times since but haven't heard back in anyway neither has anybody come to collect the product. I need a exchange in size M for both the products please. If not please process the return & refund of the products as promised on both call with respective agents.
