To Return your order
- Please keep the product in its original packaging and ensure it is in unused condition.

- We will share pickup details on your phone and email.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Upon clearing the inspection, your refund will be processed and credited to your source account for prepaid orders and Bank account for COD orders.
- For COD orders, we will generate a payout link on your registered number. You can submit your bank details on the link for initiating the refund.
- Please note that refunds will be initiated in 10-12 working days for prepaid orders and 15 days for COD orders.
- Shipment & COD charges will not be refunded.

We strive to deliver products purchased from bananaclub.co.in in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Delivery charges as applicable may be charged for your orders.
With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details. Kindly note that the AWB (delivery tracking codes) might take time from the courier end to get updated although the package could have been picked up by the courier.

We ship within 2 working days for deliveries in India. The estimated time of delivery may vary from 2-7 working days to all the areas serviced by reputed couriers.
